This policy explains how Luna Guest handles information submitted through lunaguest.com and its Contact and Demo request forms.

Information we collect
When you contact Luna Guest, we collect the information you choose to submit through the form.
- Request type
- Name
- Email address
- Message
- Property or business name, when provided or required for a demo request
- City and country, when provided or required for a demo request
- WhatsApp number, when provided
- Property website, when provided
- Approximate room count, when provided
- The language used for the submission
- Submission identifiers, timestamps, notification status, and related technical error records
Security and technical information
The website also uses technical information necessary to operate and protect the Contact form. Cloudflare processes the request and verifies the Turnstile security challenge to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.
Cloudflare may process the visitor's IP address and request metadata while serving the website and verifying Turnstile. The current Contact submission record does not store the visitor's IP address.
The website uses temporary browser session storage to preserve page and language navigation. Luna Guest does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising analytics on this website.

Where the information is processed
Contact submissions are processed through Cloudflare, including the website Worker, Turnstile verification, and D1 storage.
Luna Guest uses Resend to send the Contact notification email and Zoho Mail to host the hello@lunaguest.com mailbox.
These service providers may process information in locations outside the visitor's country under their own terms and privacy practices.
When information is shared
Luna Guest does not sell or rent Contact-form information.
Information is shared only with service providers that are needed to operate the website, protect the form, store the inquiry, and deliver or receive the related email communication, or when disclosure is required by applicable law.
How long we keep information
Luna Guest retains Contact submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up, maintain business records, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.
The current Contact system does not use an automated public deletion schedule.
Your choices
You may contact Luna Guest to ask about personal information you submitted through the website or to request a reasonable correction or deletion.
Some information may need to be retained when required for security, legal, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business-record purposes.
Third-party websites
The Luna Guest website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
Luna Guest may update this Privacy Policy as the website, service providers, or business operations change. The current revision date will remain visible on this page.
