How to request deletion
Send your request to hello@lunaguest.com and state that you are requesting deletion of personal information associated with Luna Guest.
Information to include
Include enough information for us to identify the records associated with your request.
- The phone number or messaging identifier used to communicate through WhatsApp or another connected channel
- The property or lodging business involved, when known
- A brief description of the interaction, when helpful
- A way for us to contact you about the request
Verification
We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting information so that we do not delete another person's records by mistake.
What happens after a valid request
We will identify personal information associated with the request and delete or anonymize information that is no longer required for legitimate operational, security, or legal purposes.
Where appropriate, we will confirm when the request has been completed.
Information that may be retained
Certain information may need to be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate operational purposes.
Processing time
Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
